Russell Springs Police make pair of theft arrests

Russell Springs Police made a pair of theft arrests yesterday evening.

18-year-old Charles Kitchen of Lancaster was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

30-year-old Corey Fowler of Jamestown was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.

Both were arrested by Officer Kendall Catron with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 6:00 last night.
