The Russell County Tennis teams defeated Somerset Christian on Saturday.
The boys won 7-2. Ethan Coe, Sebastian Betts-Jimenez, Owen Buras and Ben Brown won in singles action. In doubles, it was Carson Buras and Ethan Coe; Gage Bryant and Carson Godby; and Owen Buras and Ben Brown picking up wins.
The girls won 6-3. Abby Helm, Anna Kimbrell, Callie Terry, Laila Hammond, and Khloe Stephens won in singles. In doubles, Anna Kimbrell and Dori Ballou were victorious.
The tennis teams play at Barren County this afternoon.
