Lexington woman arrested by Russell Springs Police

Russell Springs Police arrested a Lexington woman last night.

41-year-old Rebecca Richter was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container inside a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain insurance.

Richter was arrested and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 9:15 last night.
