KSP arrests Russell Springs man on felony assault charge

Kentucky State Police arrested a Russell Springs man on a felony assault charge last night.

28-year-old Daniel Domingo was arrested and charged with assault second degree.

Domingo was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 10:30 last night.
