A Russell Springs woman was arrested in Lincoln County after allegedly fleeing from police during a traffic stop.
22-year-old Heather A. Rakes was arrested Sunday morning by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and charged with fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and other charges.
Rakes was lodged in the Casey County Jail at around 5:45 local time Sunday morning.
