The Russell County Public Library was a busy place yesterday for the annual Read Across Russell County event.
WJRS News caught up with Russell County Education Association President Amber Humble to talk about the turnout for the event.
The annual event is part of the nationwide Read Across America initiative and is a local partnership between the Russell County Education Association, Russell County Public Library and other local entities.
