Retiring Jamestown Police Officer Jeremy England was recognized by the Jamestown City Council last week for his years of service to the Jamestown Police Department.
England was presented with a plaque from Mayor Regena Hinton and the city council, recognizing his 17 years of service to the city’s police department.
England graduated from the law enforcement academy in 1999, and also served with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and Russell Springs Police during his law enforcement career before joining Jamestown Police in December 2010.
