Columbia woman arrested, charged with distribution of sexually explicit images without consent

A Columbia woman was arrested by Kentucky State Police yesterday and charged with distribution of sexually explicit images without consent.

18-year-old Emily Kelsay of Columbia was arrested yesterday by Kentucky State Police on the charge.

She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 4:00 yesterday afternoon.
