Russell County High School inducted 60 career and technical high school students into the National Technical Honor Society. To be inducted into the NTHS students must achieve the following:
- GPA of 3.0 +
- Completer status of their career pathway (juniors have taken at least 3 courses leading to completion)
- Passed industry certification or EOP exam (state test)
- Member and actively involved in the pathway’s CTSO
RCHS students who are active members of the TSA, FFA, SKILLS, HOSA, DECA, and Educators Rising are eligible to obtain membership. The students listed below are truly leaders in our school, and every CTE, Lake Cumberland Regional Workforce Center, and college instructor/ advisor is extremely proud of their accomplishments.

National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) is the honor society for Career & Technical Education (CTE). As a national non-profit student organization, NTHS has been recognizing outstanding student achievement in CTE since 1984. Having served over 1.2 million members in secondary and postsecondary chapters across the country and beyond, NTHS continues to support the next generation of skilled workers and leaders through chapter activities built around our Core Four Objectives of career development, leadership development, service, and recognition.
