Russell County and other area school districts are utilizing NTI again today.
While several roads around the county are clear, many other side roads remain problematic.
This will be NTI Day 7 for Russell County.
Pulaski, Cumberland, Clinton, Wayne, Casey, Adair, and Metcalfe are among other nearby school districts that have also cancelled in-person classes for today.
