A Columbia woman was arrested Friday after reports came in of a car sitting in the road with individuals passed out inside.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office was called to Lether Burton Road off Highway 206 early Friday morning after reports came in of a vehicle sitting in the roadway with two individuals passed out inside the car.
After deputies arrived and assessed the scene, the sheriff’s office said 41-year-old Ruby Leann Taylor was arrested. She was charged with obstructing governmental operations, terroristic threatening third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, theft by receipt of two or more stolen credit or debit cards, and identity theft.
Taylor was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
