Last Friday on local news, we reported the arrest of a Russell Springs woman who was charged with knowingly abusing or neglecting another adult.
45-year-old Regina M. Roy was arrested in the early morning hours last Friday by Kentucky State Police.
KSP told WJRS News the victim was a 59-year-old female. State police say they accompanied Adult Protective Services to a residence in Russell County after a complaint was filed with APS.
The victim was reportedly taken to the hospital due to her condition. Her status is not known at this time.
