Barnett joins District 5 Magistrate race

A third candidate has filed to run for Magistrate in District 5.

Mark Barnett officially filed his paperwork to seek election as magistrate.

Barnett joins incumbent Larry Skaggs and Clifton Bunch as Republican candidates for the office.

No Democrats have filed to run, so barring any new additions, the winner of the primary will advance to the general election unopposed.
