Russell County Public Library has reached a new milestone for enrollment in the local Dolly Parton Imagination Library program.
The library reported 94 percent of children age 5 and under are enrolled in the program.
Russell County ranks #1 in the state for percentage of children age 5 and under enrolled in the program.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library provides free books mailed to children under the age of 5.
Registration for Imagination Library is available online at the library’s website or in-person at the library.
