The Russell County Public Library will be closed tomorrow, December 18, due to a scheduled utility outage related to construction at The Green.
This outage will have brief impacts at the Dollar General Market next door.
No other customers will be affected.
The Library’s normal hours will resume on Friday, open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
