Lakers and Lady Lakers take on Logan County in first boy-girl doubleheader of the season

The Russell County Laker and Lady Laker Basketball teams are set to go on the road tonight for the first boy-girl doubleheader of the season.

Russell County will take on Logan County tonight, with the girls game getting underway at 6:00 with boys to follow.

This is the first matchup between the Lakers and Cougars since 2019 and first one between the Lady Lakers and Lady Cougars since 2021.
