The Laker Wrestling team had a strong showing in its first varsity tournament.
The team finished 10th overall finish out of 21 teams in the Beast of the East tournament at Eastern High School in Louisville.
Reese Beck earned a 1st place finish, Khloe’e Fisher earned a 2nd place finish, and Drake Wright earned a 4th place finish for the Lakers.
In total, the Lakers won 18 matches on the day.
