The Lady Laker Basketball team split a pair of weekend games as part of the White, Greer and Maggard Holiday Classic in Lexington.
The Lady Lakers lost a close one to Lyon County by a score of 64-62 on Saturday. Addy Abrell led the Lakers with 22 points in that game, knocking down 4 three-pointers.
McKenna Ccamaque finished with 16 points, and Aniyah Coffey finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Natalie Bartrug added 10 points for the Lady Lakers.
The Lady Lakers picked up a win on Sunday, defeating Conner High School 57-40.
Abrell scored a team-high 19 points and Coffey scored 17. Natalie Bartrug added 10 points and Ccamaque scored 9.
The Lady Lakers are back in action today in the event, taking on Nicholas County.
