A groundbreaking ceremony for the new judicial center in neighboring Clinton County is scheduled to take place today.
The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the construction site at 302 N. Cross St. in Albany.
The new two-story Clinton County Judicial Center will house all court services in Clinton County and is set to be completed in 2028.
