The Russell County Fiscal Court will meet at 10:00 this morning.
The court will hear the 2026 budgets for the sheriff’s office and county clerk’s office.
Judge Executive Randy Marcum is also expected to make appointments to the extension board and ethics board.
The court will also recognize Russell County Middle School student Porter Branscum, who recently received third place in the Kentucky Association of Counties “I Love My Kentucky County” art contest.
The meeting is open to the public.
