Fair Oaks recognized with award at state conference

Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation was recently recognized with an award at the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities annual conference.

Fair Oaks received a Best of Kentucky in Nursing & Rehabilitation award.

The Best of Kentucky – Nursing and Rehabilitation honorees must possess a CMS star rating of four or higher to apply.
