Christmas on the Square will take place in Jamestown tomorrow.
The annual event gets underway at 4:00 tomorrow with a ceremony on the courthouse steps recognizing, Adair, Wayne and Cumberland counties for providing the land that was used to create Russell County in December 1825.
Ice skating gets underway at about 4:15 and carriage rides around the square will begin at around 5:00.
There will be presents with Santa at 6 and singing and lighting of the community Christmas tree at 7.
