Pair of Clinton County residents arrested this morning

A pair of Clinton County residents were arrested this morning by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.

37-year-old Travis Shane Sloan was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

28-year-old Brooke Foster was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a legend drug.

Deputy Stone Bolin with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office was the arresting officer. Sloan and Foster were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center between 4:30 and 5:00 this morning.
