The LIHEAP Summer Subsidy program wraps up on Friday. This program is for residents who need assistance with paying their electric bill.
Terri Crowell, with the Russell County Outreach Office of the Lake Cumberland Community Action Agency, was a guest on Talk Around Town Tuesday afternoon and provided details on what applicants need to bring with them to sign up for the program.
