Ohio man charged with rape in Clinton County

An Ohio man is charged with first degree rape in Clinton County.

35-year-old Spencer Althouse of Springfield, Ohio was arrested in Clinton County and charged with rape – first degree.

He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 4 p.m. yesterday.
