A Russell Springs man was arrested last night just before midnight.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Frankie Travis McGowan and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance – third offense and wanton endangerment first degree.
McGowan was arrested by Deputy Devin Blakey with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before midnight.
