Russell Springs man arrested in Lincoln County

A Russell Springs man was arrested in Lincoln County on multiple drug charges.

45-year-old Harlan Bivins was arrested Sunday morning and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine – second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Bivins was arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
