Two Russell County residents were arrested by state police on drug charges Saturday afternoon.
33-year-old Denishia N. Brown was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree – drug unspecified and possession of drug paraphernalia.
37-year-old Craig Allen Irvin was also arrested. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
