An Adair County woman was indicted after she allegedly shot a man in April.
The indictment alleges 25-year-old Danielle Dial shot a man in the stomach with a handgun on April 26.
Dial was indicted by an Adair County grand jury on a charge of assault – first degree.
She was arrested by Kentucky State Police last week.
