A Russell Springs man who was indicted last year was arrested yesterday in Casey County.
61-year-old Curtis R. Hendricks was arrested yesterday on an indictment warrant from November 2024 out of Casey County on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In 2022, Hendricks was sentenced to 12 months in prison on charges stemming from an alleged child abuse case in 2019. According to court documents, four years of that sentence were probated for four years.
Those charges include wanton endangerment first degree and criminal abuse second degree.
Hendricks remains lodged in the Casey County Jail.
