Russell Springs Man Arrested on Multiple Charges This Morning

According to reports, 40-year-old Adam Mann was arrested by Officer Miniard of the Russell Springs Police Department and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence (2nd Degree), Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Disorderly Conduct (2nd Degree).

Mann was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 3:00 a.m.
