The Russell Springs City Council will hold its regular meeting this evening.
The council is expected to vote on the zoning ordinance which places restrictions on alcohol and drug treatment entities.
The council is also expected to recognize local students receiving scholarships and businessman Terry Stephens.
The council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
The meeting is open to the public.
