The Russell Springs Volunteer Fire Department will begin collecting donations for the WHAS Crusade for Children today.
Fire department volunteers will be set up at the intersection of Highway 127 and Highway 80 near First National Bank. Volunteers will be set up at the intersection today, tomorrow and Sunday collecting donations.
Donations are also being accepted through payment platforms such as Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp.
Drivers are asked to use extra caution when traveling through the intersection during this time.
