Jamestown man charged with trafficking marijuana

A Jamestown man was arrested on a drug trafficking charge last night.

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Mario Villela last night and charged him with trafficking in marijuana – more than 5 pounds.

Villela was arrested by Deputy Stone Bolin with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 8:15 last night.
