Harry G. Foley, age 77, of Columbia, passed away Thursday, June 5th, at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
Harry was born in Somerset, KY on January 14, 1948, a son of the late Orpha (McGowan) and Velmer Foley. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Electrical Engineer.
Harry is survived by wife, Sandra (Stapp) Foley, of Columbia; a daughter, Jill Foley, of Indianapolis and a son, Stuart Foley (Rebecca), of Guntersville, AL. Two brothers survive: Ralph Foley, of Nashville, TN and Gibson Foley (Patsy), of Jamestown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Loretta Cook and brother Alben Foley.
The family chose care and cremation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
