Beshear To Honor Phipps, other fallen officers at ceremony today

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear will honor Russell County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Phipps and other fallen officers at a special ceremony today.

The ceremony will take place this morning at the Department of Criminal Justice Training in Richmond. The ceremony gets underway at 9 a.m. CT.

The Governor will be joined by the Kentucky Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation for the ceremony.
