A Russell Springs man was arrested on sexual abuse and strangulation charges yesterday.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Luis Rosas Cheran yesterday. He’s charged with strangulation first degree, sexual abuse first degree, unlawful transaction with a minor second degree, and sexual abuse third degree.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 1:30 yesterday afternoon.
