Eight people were indicted by a Russell County grand jury this week.
Presley Pickard, age 24, of Russell Springs, charged with assault second degree, wanton endangerment first degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
Jack Lusk, age 37, of Russell Springs, charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and being a persistent felony offender.
Jeffrey Holder, age 49, of Ferguson, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, multiple traffic violations, and being a persistent felony offender.
Christopher Pierce, age 44, of Russell Springs, charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Jonathan Odle, age 50, of Morgantown, charged with theft of an automobile valued at $10,000 or more.
Melvin Ostrander, age 44, of Michigan, charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry.
Misty Walker, age 47, of Jamestown, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Herbie Harris, age 45 of Russell Springs, charged with two counts of bail jumping first degree.
