The school district will be providing registration assistance for the summer meal kit program on Monday.
The school district is once again providing the seven-day meal kits for anyone with children enrolled in Russell County Schools. This year, registration is required to participate in the program.
Russell County Schools Nutrition Director Jessica Holt said registration assistance will be available at the ANC on Monday.
Meal kit distribution will take place on Wednesdays, beginning June 11. Pickup locations will be at each of the elementary schools and the Russell County Public Library.
