Adair woman arrested on sex abuse, conspiracy to murder charges

An Adair County woman was taken into custody today on charges including sexual abuse and conspiracy to murder.

Reports are 27-year-old Elena K. Bardin was arrested by Kentucky State Police earlier this afternoon. She’s charged with conspiracy to murder, sexual abuse first degree and distribution of obscene matter to a minor.

Bardin was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.

No other details are available from state police at this time.
