Covington man arrested on rape charge

A Covington man was arrested on a rape charge.

22-year-old Maximino Tamas was arrested by Kentucky State Police and charged with rape third degree.

Tamas was arrested by Trooper Lee with Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 1:15 yesterday.
