The Russell County Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting this evening.
The school board is expected to discuss the ongoing middle school canopy project. That project would create a canopy between the middle school and ANC to provide shelter to students and staff walking between the middle school and ANC.
The board will also hear an update on the school district’s Anchor of Hope Food Pantry.
The school board will meet at 5 p.m. in Room 114 of the ANC. The meeting is open to the public. We will have more details on tomorrow’s local news.
