RCMS 7th grade volleyball wins conference championship

The Russell County Middle School 7th grade volleyball team brought home a conference championship on Saturday.

The Lady Lakers defeated Hart County 2-1 in the semifinals, moving on to the championship where the Lady Lakers defeated Adair County 2-1 as well.

The 7th grade Lady Lakers finished as the regular season conference championship and the conference tournament championship.
