Russell County Judge Executive Randy Marcum signed a proclamation yesterday declaring February as the month to honor Russell County’s Gifted and Talented students.
The gifted and talented students have been researching Russell County’s history with a focus on this year’s bicentennial.
Their work is currently on display on the first floor of the Russell County Courthouse.
Hannah England and Susie Stephens are the gifted and talented teachers.
