A Russell County grand jury met yesterday and returned indictments against 10 individuals.
Those indicted included the following:
Allen Keith Booher, 51, of Russell Springs, charged with assault 3rd degree on a jail employee and persistent felony offender.
Dwayne Creasman, 64, of Russell Springs, charged with driving under the influence (4th or more offense), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct 2nd degree, no operators license, and criminal trespassing 3rd degree.
Jeramie Graham, 30, of Russell Springs, charged with wanton endangerment 1st degree and persistent felony offender
Armando Hernandez, 27, of Springfield, Tennessee, charged with assault 3rd degree involving a police officer, resisting arrest, driving under the influence- 1st offense, possession of marijuana, no operator’s license, no registration plates, and no insurance.
Donnie J. Young, 42, of Russell Springs, charged with theft by unlawful taking of an automobile.
Brad Callinan, 37, of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping 1st degree and persistent felony offender.
Leonard Smith II, 30, of Indianapolis, Indiana, charged with flagrant non-support and persistent felony offender
Jacob Glenn Runyon, 39, of Russell Springs, charged with flagrant non-support.
Krystle Lasley, 37, of Campbellsville, charged with flagrant non-support.
Benedicto Deleon Puac, 26, of Russell Springs, charged with flagrant non-support.
