Winter weather predicted to come our way Friday

More winter weather looks to be headed into Russell County and the Lake Cumberland area Friday morning.

New projections from the National Weather Service indicate snow making its way into Russell County at around 6 a.m. Friday.

WJRS participated in a conference call with the National Weather Service this afternoon. Chief Meteorologist John Gordon provided a look at how much snow Russell County and the surrounding areas could receive.
