Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas took some time during last night’s city council meeting to applaud the work of city employees during the most recent winter weather event.
Thomas said it was a collaborative effort between multiple city departments.
With more winter weather entering the area today, Thomas said employees will be working hard to maintain the city streets.
