Lady Lakers scheduled to host Taylor County tonight

The Russell County Lady Laker Basketball team is scheduled to host Taylor County at Laker Gym tonight.

The JV matchup between the Lady Lakers and Lady Cardinals is set to get underway at about 5:30 this evening with varsity to follow at around 7 p.m.

The Lady Cardinals enter tonight’s matchup with a record of 11-4, winners of 5 of their last 6. The Lady Lakers enter at 6-8, having lost back-to-back games after winning three in a row.
