Russell Springs man arrested on drug charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested yesterday evening on drug charges.

41-year-old Dustin Gene Flatt was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, and possession of drug paraphernalia, among other charges.

Flatt was arrested by Deputy Nick Barber with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 6 p.m. yesterday.
