State Police arrest Florida man

A Florida man was arrested locally by Kentucky State Police yesterday afternoon.

According to reports, 64-year-old Dwayne Creasman of Fort Pierce, Florida, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, criminal trespassing third degree and disorderly conduct second degree.

Creasman was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 2:30 yesterday afternoon.
